Find a home in Addis Ababa

I found a two-bedroom in Bole in two days and spoke to the owner directly. No agents, no extra fees. The whole process felt honest. I asked about the rent, the deposit and the water supply, got clear answers the same evening, and visited the next morning. I signed the lease that weekend without paying anyone in the middle.

The filters saved me hours. I set my budget and sub-city and only saw homes that actually fit. Before, I spent whole weekends scrolling through places I could never afford or that were on the other side of the city. Now every listing I open is one I would actually consider, so I can compare them properly and decide with confidence.

The verified badge gave me confidence that the listing was real before I even called. Loved how simple it was. I have been fooled by fake listings before, so this mattered a lot to me. The photos, the price and the location all matched when I visited, and the owner was exactly who the listing said. I recommend it to everyone looking for a home.

I needed a furnished place fast for a work posting. I moved in the same week. I filtered for furnished homes near my office, messaged two owners in the evening and saw both places the next day. The one I chose had everything ready, from the bed to the kitchen, so I could focus on my new job instead of shopping for furniture.

Photos matched the real home and the owner answered right away. Easiest move I have had. Every detail in the listing was accurate, from the number of rooms to the parking. We agreed on the move-in date over chat, and when I arrived the keys were ready. After years of stressful house hunting, this finally felt easy.
