Gojoye connects renters with the people who own the homes. No middlemen, every listing checked, and owners who have proven who they are.

Why we exist
In Addis Ababa, looking for a home usually starts with a broker: a fee before you've seen anything, listings that turn out to be gone, and an owner you only meet at the very end.
We built Gojoye so renters and owners can find each other directly. Owners list for free, our team checks every listing, and renters talk to the person who actually owns the home.
The usual way
With Gojoye
What we stand for
Renters talk to owners themselves. No agents and no one taking a cut in the middle.
Owners prove who they are with Fayda, and homes can carry a verified badge backed by documents.
Phone numbers stay hidden until a renter unlocks them, and listings show an approximate location.
Built in Addis Ababa, in Amharic and English, with a team that answers every day.
